Won a claim but never got my money

Bought 70£ sunglasses. Item arrived broken. FIlled a claim. After exhasperating weeks I won the claim. Paypal sent the refund to the wrong account! Filled several claims about this, never received the refund and the case got lost in time.
Got tired of spending my money/time in calls to India and such. Paypal is a money making machine, pure and simple.

PayPal won’t give back credit card verification feesI recently tried to get a Premium account with paypal as Ebay says you must have it to sell items. So I applied and paid the 1.50 € fee.  The first attempt did not work...
