Well when paypal starts holding funds its more like a death-grip then hold. I would recommend you scan the documents and email them, that way they are not “smudged” as they claim. I wouldn’t hold my breath though, I’m sure when your docs come to them neat and tidy they will make up some other excuse as to why they will keep your money. My $1,200 was old hold for no less than 180 days and that was after I proved my identity and send them invoices for the items I sold. There is just no winning with them.
