withholding money

they put a hold on my account for 21 days I need this money just like everyone else. I bought the product sold the product and now paypal can hold my money to inncur interest on there part. Ive got a 100% positive feedback and have been selling on ebay for years. To me they are stealing my money. I also do consignment work what am i suppose to tell my people oh you have to wait til paypal feels like giving me your cash.
