Will not tell me why account is limited

I have had terrible experiences with paypal, I am a POWER SELLER on ebay, paypal has repeatedly froze my accounts, and funds (now in the hundreds of dollars) and they will not tell me why, allow me to appeal it, or get any money back,, ebay power seller support says that i should just used a new one, so i make a new one and then they freeze that! i need any help/advice i can get and i am more then happy to share my full story in FULL DETAIL to expose these criminals
