who gave ebay and paypal the right to sieze and hold your money?

paypal is collecting interest off my money they have frozen because some id10t at ebay says that if you are below seller standards they can hold your money, wow i am a 100%
positive rateing, so what gives ebay and paypal the right to hold your money on an item that belongs to you that you have sold and expect you to ship out this item that you have no guarantee to even get your money after that because these people are so dishonest. from now on i will only accept money orders on all sales that way i know i will receive my money. oh and if i want to bank it and receive interest on it i will choose to do that my self.
