Was told by Paypal I need my dead dad’s help.

I had a paypal and ebay account with my dad 3 years ago. My dad has passed away and I now own his house. Since I am using his address they will not allow me to open a new account because I am linked to another account that I have no access too. They told me my dad would have to help me, I was like hello that is not possible!! NO one is willing to help me with this over at paypal. Not a good way to treat prospective customers.
This has totally turned me off from ever wanting to use paypal even if I could.
