Was on hold for over 1 hour!!!
Can’t get a human who is above a sweat shop CSR to answer the lines. Asked for a manager, transferred to music on hold, then another flunky CSR answers and puts me on hold, then transfers me to another flunky CSR, who puts me on hold, then disconnects me!!! Total cost in my time = 1 hour of waiting for someone who has a brain to answer the line
