(Usually one sentence) payments not going into my account

I recently varified my paypal account yet again both befor & since then I have bought & sold items on ebay useing paypal when i check my account it says varified however although they are processing payments out no payments are going in & if I go to ebay & click on a transaction all i get is the transaction id in your link is invalid.

I have emailed them there max response time is supposed to be 3 days its now 4 days & ive heard nothing
