Using Paypal on my website doesn’t work

I had 3 non ebay sales via Pay pal and despite of having all the information from my customers, Pay pal says they have no info or funds and telling me I have to contact the customers and find out to which email address they send the payment to, what a bunch of bull, fortuantely it was a small amount, below a $100 bucks, however it is what it is. I have stopped accepting this form of payment on my website.
