upclk.com scam

I bought a program named PDF Deluxe for 2 years. for CA$73.73. The company name is UPCLICK and the order number is U43YKZQC. They sent me two license numbers but no access to the program. They wrote the inquiries be sent to UPCLK.COM. The links and the website are totally confusing. I believe I have been scammed.
