Unable To Withdraw Funds From PayPal
I am unable to withdraw money I have in my PayPal account. I do not have a credit card or a checking account, so I requested that PayPal send me a check for the balance. What PayPal does not tell you when you join is that you have to give them a checking account number or credit card account number before they will send a check to your address. This is supposedly a precautionary measure in order to verify your mailing address.
Like many other people these days, I do not have a credit card or checking account because of my poor credit rating. And now, to make matters worse, PayPal won’t even give me my money. Is this illegal?
