unable to transfer a small merchant refund to my bank account

I’m located in New Jersey and a former member a class action suit re: PayPal, so not too much has to be said, I’m totally familiar with PayPal and their RICO behavior.

I have a small refund due me which for all the usual reason’s I cannot access. The vendor who sent me the refund is located in Thailand, and has contacts in the US. He has also had funds frozen and is in that latest Class Action suit against PayPal.

I would like to hear from anyone in New Jersey or the current Class Action members in NJ to file a joint complaint to the Attorney’s General’s Office for an investigation of PayPal in NJ. which I am in contact with.
