Unable to reset Password

I have been trying for three days to reset my password. I have talked to customer service 3 time and they can’t get it to work. I have talked to one supervisor and he could’nt get it to work. The supervisor talked to an IT specialist who told him they were having system problems and that I would have to just keep trying. Today I got an email that they have money for transfer to my bank and that I need to login and verify my account. Why can’t this be resolved. I have more ebay sales that are going to transfer money to my account. I need to have this resolved.
