Unable To Open A PayPal Account

I tried to open a paypal account online but for some reason the site wouldnt accept my debit card number. After trying for three times, I called their long distance number and spoke to what must have been a trainee or a programmed monkey. I asked to be set up by a representative and was advised this was impossible. She kept telling me about the website that I couldn’t access properly.

I went online to register a concern with their “virtual” representative and she couldn’t answer the simple request to open account over the phone. When I requested a human contact, she wrote back that she didn’t need a pet.

I’m done with trying to get a Paypal account. I don’t need a pet either and obviously having a paypal account is too labour intensive an undertaking for me.
