Two chargebacks digitally delivered Items
hey recently i have recieved two chargebacks from paypal on items i sold and digitally delivered via ebay … digital delivery violates ebay policy on these items however “my proof of shipment” (a screenshot of the ebay messages in which the codes were delivered) seems to me a more solid proof of shipment than a tracking number, seeing as how anything can be sent in an envelope with a tracking number but this messages shows exactly what was sent. I have been speaking to paypal and lost my temper in the first phone call. The second phone call i managed to have one charge reversed before i sent the item(no chargeback no loss so i didnt care) my third call to them the guy told me that if it is fraud (the case is under review still to determine if it was indeed fraud which im sure it was simply because of the patterns that were emerging) im most definately screwed even though i sent the codes and lost the money. and that my proof wasnt good enough(even though its better). Anyways im at a negative balance of nearly $300 due to these fraudulent charges and paypals lack of claiming resposibility for accepting fraudulent payments (Theyre trying to pin their lack of security on me!!!!) Ive been reading through your website and my head is spinning with so much information. Im a bit confused as to what to do and would really appreciate your guidance through this situation. please get back to me i need HELP!!!

everyone selling on ebay get screwed sooner or later and if you are selling virtual goods chances are that it is sooner. Even though you did everything right to protect yourself there is no reasoning with paypal or ebay unless you have a tracking number from the postal service confirming delivery.
