Told my account limitation is a privacy issue
Paypal has limited my account for the second time in approximately 30 days. The first time, after calls, emails, etc- and no help—i finally reached someone who researched it and lifted the limitation and who told me it should not have happened.
Now, it’s happened again–i spoke with ‘ricky’ and ‘fred’ this evening–they, of course, would not give me any info- telling me it’s a privacy issue–yes, it is- it’s my privacy, my money- and i need to know who and why i’m facing all this grief. ‘They’ are affecting my business with this limitation- for the second time- and i’m furious….
