Their verification requirements are crap

Horrendous! They have made me submit all kinds of documents, including my personal medicare number and passport number, and now they are closing my account because my company is a unit trust (the most common type of company in Australia). They tell me I need to provide an ridiculous number of documents before they will release my funds and close my account
