The Seller Never Wins with Paypal

I have been with Ebay and Paypal over 5 years. I have a perfect 100% feedback. Paypal recently forced me to pay a bogus claim of $250 to an overseas buyer. I sent the buyer the merchandise I showed Paypal the USPS stamp receipt. They still ruled in favor of the overseas buyer. I just closed my account. They have made enough money off of me and I am tired of it.
