Terminated by Paypal because Buyer Complained

Had a lady from puerto rico buy multiple phone readings from me, was satisfied, then contacted paypal and requested all her money back, this totaled approximately $300 USD. Paypal immediately put a hold on the funds, which prompted me to contact the buyer.

I spoke with her and she agreed to release the hold. But by this time, Paypal terminted my account.

a month later she complained to paypal AGAIN, and even though my account is no longer active, and no longer contains any funds, they are saying I owe her a $300 refund AGAIN.
