Stolen credit card was used and I am stuck paying

I just got off the phone after trying to unlimit my acct (went thru the normal bs of address phone bank acct..etc) and then called cust svc bc there was a problem with my old acct. Come to find out the person did a chargeback bc the credit card used to get me to send him the goods was stolen. Paypal knows it was stolen too and the cust svc rep was the one who told me. So now im stuck with a pretty hefty negative amt in the acct and cannot use my new one until it is paid up for..even though the stolen credit card was the obv cause here. Way to go paypal.
