Spending Limits??

I tried to make a purchase and despite the fact that there was money in my account to cover the purchase, Paypal refused to allow the purchase because they have a “Lifetime Spending Limit”. Even though I have had no credit issues in the past, have always paid all bills on time, they just decided to disallow further purchases. Sorry, you’ve spent enough. You can, however, lift that limit by linking the account with a bank account number(don’t worry, it’ll never be stolen) or, SURPRISE, sign up for THEIR credit card. This is a just plain shitty way to conduct business.
