sold a lascal kiddyguard baby safety gate on ebay

i sold a lascal kiddyguard baby safety gate on ebay for £82.00. the gate was used but in lovely condition and was described accurately, this woman complained saying the gate was dirty and creased, it certainly was not, she opened an ebay complaint wanting a refund but not wanting to return the item, it hasnt been escalated to a claim yet and for some reason paypal have got involved and removed the money from my bank and are holding onto it. If this woman hasnt even opened paypal case yet what gives paypal the right to steal my money. paypal are thieves and theres no laws to stop them, im only a dad trying to make a bit of extra money for my kids this christmas by selling things i no longer use
