Slow PayPal Customer Service
PayPal customer service is sooooooooo slooooooow to fix seemingly simple problems.
I had to call PayPal twice to get them to change the business name on my account, which i was told by the first rep i talked to that i should be able to do it myself even though that option was not showing up on my end. after arguing with the person that i could not change it myself (and being put on hold several times, i was told that they were having some problems and that this issue was on their end. I had to call them back because i had to go to work, and after repeating the whole thing over again the second lady i talked to treated me like i was just plain stupid or something until she found out the problem was on their end ![]()
i have never in my 3 years being with paypal had any issues or any reason to call them or use their support at all until now, and i was very dissappointed that the customer service was so slow and the reps treated me like garbage.
i probably will keep using paypal because i dont know what else to use and i have been with them for three years, but my perspective of paypal has certainly changed since this incident.
