Should we form a Class Action Lawsuit against ebay and paypal?
I’m wondering if a Class Action lawsuit is in order against eBay and PayPal. They are making policy changes effecting money that does not belong to them with the flimsy excuse of protecting buyers. That is not a big problem on eBay. So, why are they holding (and making money on) our money? Has PayPal mishandled deposits? Do they really have all the money they are supposed to have? eBay owns PayPal as I understand it so what is the real deal? Unless we the little people who make them tons of money do something they will obviously continue these unfair practives that hurt our income and businesses.
I have stopped selling on eBay this money due to these issues.
