Seller wins dispute then PayPal limits his account
A customer that bought some goods from me sent me an email regarding the tracking details of the parcel I sent him. He apparently did not check his email because he filed a dispute 4 hours after I sent the email.
PayPal then closed my account with them and my ebay account. The next day the case was closed in my favor after the buyer had replied to my response to the dispute. In my response I had stated that the tracking details were sent to the buyers email.
So after that paypel released the funds to me, but my account remains limited and my ebay account is still blocked. PayPal has frozen my money for 180 days and they don’t want to talk with me at all. They are saying that they cannot disclose the reason for their decision, so I am sitting with my hands tied in the middle of nowhere.
