2. On 8/24/11 I placed an order for One daisy Garden Pink Gigham wall plate for 29.99, o daisy graden switch plates for 2X29.99, and one clock for 99.99.
I used Paypal to pay the service.
The seller Audra Gordon time for the frame is 12weeks to complete the work.
On 10/26/11 I send an email to check on the item, Audra reply me that she need more time because she lost her husband and needed more time. I make a modification to the order via email and she did agree with that, I couldn’t wait for the clock since my baby was due.
I started to check on the art objet every 2 weeks and I January I ask for a refund. She agree to refund my money via paypal.I have been sending email for the last 3 months, Audra is not responding. Paypal refused to open a dispute because it has been more than 45 days from the time I bought the items.
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK?
