Security measures, impossible to log in
I haven’t been using my account for a couple of months, have some money on it and now I cannot access it as PayPal are running their security measures and my account was randomly chosen. The problem is that the only option to identify yourself and to log in is no put some data from a credit card registered with the account. My credit card was stolen and I wanted to enter new data and there is no access to account. I’ve been contacting them 3-4 times fro a couple of weeks – no answer. I am very disappointed!!

Good luck actually getting someone on the phone. I had a problem with my account login and I never did get anyone on the phone. It was a maze of step by step solutions to try and get my problem fixed.
PAYPAL PERSISTS IN HOLDING ONTO OBSOLETE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. THE CARD IN YOUR FILES NO LONGER EXISTS. I HAVE TRIED TO GET THIS MESSAGE ACROSS SEVERAL TIMES TO NO AVAIL. YOUR DATA IS WRONG.
