Ripped off by Paypal buying points for the Mafia Mofo game
I had been buying points for the Mafia Mofo game .A bulk buy of points which is 25,000 points sells for $500.00 USD .I did four such purchases in a very short time frame ( the last three were done each day for a three day period).In seeing that I was being charged $506.00 Canadian dollars for each one I assumed that they would calculate the exchange rate (At which time 500 USD = 400 Canadian) and would therefore be issuing me 5 bulk buys for my four $2000 Canadian dollars spent for my prepaid purchases of the 25,000 points.This did not happen .Instead I only received 4 bulk buys of points.But was charged for the cost of 5 such bulk buy purchases .I contacted the Mafia Mofo management staff .They said they were not responsible for what paypal had shorted me .They told me that Paypal was responsible and refused to give me the full amount of points I had paid for, even though I told them it was of their own choosing to use PayPal as their payment method.PayPal and I already had a previous run in where I had purchased a Mafia Wars account from a friend who resides in England .I explained to the management staff that paypal had already cheated me prior to my switching to play their game In the amount of $1600.00 Canadian I tried to send him through using PayPal .Paypal told me it was a error on the part of my credit card company( A total Lie).The $1600.00 Canadian had been paid out to paypal from my Master Card credit card company .But Paypal staff denied it was ever paid to them .And now this which brings the grand total of what Paypal has ripped me off for to $2000.oo Canadian funds .It is sad when a permanently disabled person such as myself who uses his computer s a means of having some fun in life and for meeting others online to have as your daily friends to talk with .Gets their money stolen by such a well known and used organization as Paypal .PayPal in my opinion are simply a online fraud organization .Who rip off honest people for what they spend in buying things needed to keep ourselves entertained playing online games.There should be some way for us who like myself kept the receipts for their payments made through PayPal to get the money back from PayPal they steal from us.
