Ridiculous Requirements To Get My Money

I’m an ebay seller and since they have put holds on payments, I’m having problems keeping up with shipping costs and from there, they wait till the package is delivered and 3 days after that, release the money and then it takes 3-4 business days to get it to your account. It’s to much, plus there fees, they are not protecting the seller. I’ve been doing everything the way they want, just because people don’t leave feedback, how can I make them! Ugh!
