Returned Google Android Table But Never Got Refund

I bought a 7″ Google Android Tablet from ElectronicDealz for my grandaughter for Christmas but it was not what she wanted so I requested a return address to return it & they sent it to my by email. I sent it back on the 3rd. of Jan. I have not gotten a responce from them or a credit on my PayPal account. I tried to contact the seller with no responce. I then called the company I bought it through which was Sears holding & they sent them an email on my behalf to see if they could get them to send my refund. When I didn’t get any satisifaction from that I got in touch with PayPal on the 20th. of Jan.. Today I received an email fom PayPal telling me I only had 45 days to report my problem & that it had been over that so they couldn’t help me. I would assume the 45 days was from the date I sent it back & as you can see it was just the 3rd. of this month. My email also said the seller was a different person. I feel I am being ripped off. I want my refund.
