Restricted PayPal Account
Pay Pal has Limited my account in Sweden after 1 week usage. It has been limited for 4 weeks now and no resolution available 180611.
I have answered all their questions correctly however they insist that I need to have a credit card to verify my account. I do not have a credit card and was not informed about this when I registered 4 weeks ago. After I send in 3,500 USD from my own account to my Pay Pal they limited my account.
Why did they not inform about limitations on the Swedish homepage when I registered? It only says that you can only transfer about 12,484.78 USD0 USD (80,000 SEK) to your own account during a limited period.. It also does not say anything about needing to have a specific debit or credit card to resolve a Pay Pal limitation.
It is also very difficult to have a correct correspondence with Pay Pal back office support, not possible to respond directly to their E-mail, answers needs to be inserted in a Pay Pal inbox with your case reference number, different user agents are answering that are not following up the E-mail thread and repeat the same questions over and over again. I can tell you this is like a Kafka process that seems to be a never ending story.
