PayPal referred me to debt collection agency
My account was indefinitely suspended by PayPal for ’unusual activity’ and I will apparently not be able to use the account again.
Then, they gave refunds to two ebayer’s, making my account overdrawn by £91, even though I have provided tracking numbers for the items.
Without prior notice from PayPal, I received a letter from iQor Debt Collection agency informing me that my account has been referred to them. I have written to PayPal requesting a letter stating that they have forwarded my account to iQor but have received no reply.

I don’t think paypal has legal grounds to refer out to debt collectors or collection agencies– maybe that is why they haven’t reached you back. Although I’m not 100% sure on that because with me they put my paypal account negative then when I failed to bring it to positive standing they dipped into my bank account. I wish I would have thought to close the account but I guess we live and learn.
