Random Scam Prevention Sounds like a Scam

We are a small antique dealer which does most of our sales on ebay.
I have been a seller for 7 yrs and WITH a paypal account.
Recently paypal froze all of our funds stating that they do random scam prevention and that this will eventually happen to every one, that we did nothing wrong, and that there is no course of action to prevent it.
We explained to them that we are a very small operation and any limitations on our funds could be devastating even putting us out of business.
They stated ….”We understand and apologize but keep your ebay feedback and high and this will eventually go away.”
Uh…..we have three ebay accounts and ALL OF THEM ARE AT 100% positive feedback !!!
With our two selling accounts having near perfect DSR’s !!!
