Ripped Off by PayPal?

Once your submission is reviewed it will be posted for all to see.  Your submission will help warn others about the possible (and in fact likely) consequences of using PayPal as a merchant account service provider or as a method of making payments. As this awareness is raised, our hope is that PayPal will be forced to change it’s policies and practices. But this will only happen if you speak up and tell others about your experiences with PayPal- So PLEASE submit your complaint!
