Limited account, poor customer service
Our PayPal account has been limited, here is our complaint regarding our limited account-
a) We have sent all the documents PayPal is requiring in order to remove the limitation on our account. These were sent as soon as possible, but Paypal is delaying the process on purpose and it is really annoying.
b) The customer service is very poor and the staff are not friendly.
c) We called Paypal on Monday during office hours, but no one will answer the phone? We waited and waited until 2pm and there was still no answer! Really annoying!
d) As for us, time is money and Paypal has delayed our business over and over several times.
We are really angry about all of this!

Pay Pal has fraudulent charges on my company account. we have never done business with paypal. The refused to fix or help. Suggested I call my bank.
