Penalized for doing well

I have both personal and business paypal\ebay accounts and having uped my game I am now selling more and what is considered “high risk” items such as used mobile phones (personal) and computer components (personal and business) PayPal placed a 21 day hold on my business account on the 4th October and today, 4th November placed exactly the same hold onto my personal account.

I do so wish people who start doing well for themselves through initiative and hard work could stop being penalised and instead be given a pat on the back and a boost to do even better.
