paypal/ebay buyer protection! total rubbish!

after inforning ebay that i fad recieved a counterfeit jacket they asked me to sort it out with the seller which i did and it was agreed she would refund me and i would send the jacket back. now no refund ebay then say they will look into it, jacket was sent already but because she isnt responding they said nothing they can do and im out of pocket! ebay are letting this happen, as soon as they are informed they should seize these goods and not get these fake goods sent back to the seller for them to rip of someone else! shame on you ebay!
