Paypal Withholding My Funds
5 year eBay/Paypal member with 100% rating and no problems. I have sold on eBay here and there throughout the years with no problems. Recently I sold some things and when the buyer paid me, eBay/Paypal said that my account didn’t meet some new seller’s criteria they made up out of thin air, and my funds were subject to be held for up to 21 days. Paypal got their money instantly plus whatever interest it will accrue in the time they take to decide to release it to me, which I am positive can NOT BE LEGAL. since they are only a money transfer service. That’s like Western Union saying you have to wait up to 21 days to receive money that was sent instantly to you. I have filed complaints on both eBay and Paypal with the Better Business Bureau as well as joined the class-action lawsuit against them. I don’t want to win any extra money, I just want my money and I want eBay/Paypal to accept responsibility for what they have done. We should be allowed to charge THEM late fees and interest for withholding OUR money!

Yeah I like that idea of getting late fees from PayPal. Lets make it fair. Sure hold my fund but give me the interest. I am not a bank that can give our unlimited amounts of money. I need my money. I don”t understand why they do this to their long time users. Yet scammers can get away with stealing left and right.
