Paypal was no help at all

I purchased a laptop on ebay – when I received it I couldn’t get it to stay on. I contacted the seller the same day who said it must have been damaged in transit and showed no interest.

Next dayI took the laptop to a computer shop and paid $150 to have it repaired. I was advised the computer have a major problem and it would cost more to repair than to buy a new laptop. I spent $405 on the computer, $150 for the assessment and I have nothing but a piece of junk.

I disputed the transaction believing Paypal would find in my favour. How could they do otherwise. I’d been sent a piece of junk. Today I received an email from Paypal advising me that they were unable to resolve the dispute in my favour. I find this unbelievable and so very upsetting
