Paypal took my much needed money

I had a claim against me for some jewelry that I sold on ebay. The buyer won three items and decided they didn’t want the merchandice so they filed a claim. My money was immediatly confiscated through paypal and refunded to this person before I ever had a chance to say anything about it. The buyer never returned the items they won so I lost my merchandise and the money. This happened to me twice costing me more than $5000 which I desperatly need on account of my divorce and considerable debt that I was left with. Now I can’t even sell on ebay because they froze my account because of the complaints. I was selling out of desparation and I got completely screwed by ebay and paypal. They didn’t listen to me at all, all I got were automated responses. Now I have no money, no merchandise, and I have a ton of debt and am restricted from selling on ebay…
