PayPal Took My $1.95

I wanted to buy something from eBay, and for some reason I thought it be a good idea to get “PayPal verified”.  So i gave PayPal my checking account information, and they withdrew $1.95 for their “verification process”, and said they would return the funds in a couple of days.

Since I don’t like credit cards, I paid for the above mentioned eBay item by e-check with my savings account. However, PayPal took the money out of my account before the date of the actual check clearing, and my bank account had 2 pending NSF fees because of this.  Luckily I check all of my account balances everyday, and was able to replace the money in my savings account so i could avoid being charged $32.00 for each of the pending NSF’s.

I wasn’t satisfied with PayPal’s service after this, so I closed my PayPal account and they have yet to refund my $1.95!

PayPal is no good, and they are simply stealing peoples money.

Strange logic from the smart guys. I needed to verify my credit card with PayPal in order to be
a small merchant with Ebay. Ok, they nailed a number on my bank statement when they deducted 1.50 Euro. That way they could send me a code in private even tough I acces my account ONLINE. This code is then given to Paypalby the cardholder and they then give you a credit of that amount. OK no problem cept they should place the money back since they only took it in the first so I could be their customer. Now this is the funny part, I decided to close the account, After the microsoft nag logic of “are you sure etc´´ I finally said Yes.
Next page said that the balanc of my account would be donated to a charity. Some bank! if my real bank did that they would be sued! Not PayPal. No mention of options. Simple FACHISM| This is a scam because of the security scare we get hit with from the Fellows of FEAR. Really this is going further than a simple web page this is going to EU and boy watch out! Too many get rich MF are using the web for exploitation I reackon they should go work for PUTIN or GADDAAFI!

So $1.95 turned into nearly quadruples that amount in insufficient funds fees. This isn’t shocking news to me. My paypal account was shut down because I refused to pay them $40 for an order a customer reversed. They ended up putting me in collections but I don’t care. I’m not in the business of making the rich richer for no damn reason at all. I gave them proof and invoicing yet they did nothing to help or back me up.
