PayPal to hold my funds?

Out of the blue I received an email from PayPal stating that I represent higher risk to them and they will hold my funds for 21 days. I’ve not had any negative feedback and the only return I ever had I refunded no questions asked.

This is insulting, I’m not a big seller but I was going to get back into it. Not anymore, I’ll find an alternative but will not use their “services” again.
