PayPal Threatening To Discontinue Service If I Do Not Get Verified

I have just received the paypal threat that if I do not “get verified” and “link a bank account”, I will not be able to continue using paypal. I don’t have a bank account, nor do I use banks for my personal or commercial use. I have been a user/account holder of paypals since 2007 . I have been a great customer and have all positive feedback and bring a great deal of business to paypal.

Only now is paypal selectively choosing to impose their will (as stated in the user agreement) on my sending limit. At no point before, during, or after becoming an account holder/user have I ever agreed or consented to paypal. In order to use the “service” I was placed under duress and intimidation by paypal, forced to click the portions on their webpage to go forward.

I have always reserved my common law rights/my constitutional rights/human rights aswell as my privacy and made that clear. I have consulted with attorneys who specialize in corporate law and human common law rights and contract law; they have informed me that paypal asking for personal banking info is in fact a breach of my human common law rights/my reserved rights and a breach of the privacy act.

I do not consent to any corporate laws as I am not a corporation – I am a human being. A man. There is a difference even though they wish to misinform all of us. I have sent a message to paypal and an on-line privacy agent and have informed them of this. I have called paypal and emailed them on more than one occasion and have made a formal complaint. I had given ample time for a proper responce which I made known to them. Paypal did not respond properly. They are in default and dishonor.

Even to post on the paypal community forum I was, out of necessity coerced to “paypals terms” so to speak. They do not have my voluntary free will expressed written consent. I stated it clearly to paypal by typing it in the only way I was capable of doing it, to the best of my ability. This is infringing on my reserved rights and the privacy act.

I have asked for an alternative in “verifying” my account for their so called “security” purposes so that the sending limit will be abolished from my account and they have declined. I am however awaiting a “call back” from the escalation dept. Of now less than 24 hours from roughly 12:30pm saturday, july 30, 2011.

I have also been informed by the postings on the paypal community forum that paypal is knowingly conducting their business fraudulently. I posted a message myself early this morning warning users of my situaion and oddly enough, my post seems to have been omitted from the paypal community help page(the message I sent is posted at top of page).

I am seeking to resolve this matter in honor by having the “sending limit” abolished from my paypal account absolutley and permanently as it is at paypals decreation as they state in the user agreement, “we may, at our discretion, impose limits on the amount of money you can send through the paypal services, including money you send for purchases. You can view your sending limit, if any, by logging into your account and clicking on the view limits link on the account overview page. If you have a verified account, we may increase your sending limits.”

That they may or may not . I also know that I have not spent/sent the amount paypal is claiming I have. Why a “sending limit” was even imposed on my account after such good standings for so many years-as admitted by the paypal customer service rep. I spoke to, and why since I already use an on-line credit card are they still asking to link a bank account which may have personal info. I do not understand.

It is unlawful, and unexceptable to force someone to do anything against their will to go forward. It states in the declaration and 5th amendment that no one is to infringe on ones “life, liberty, and their pursuit of happiness”. This is in fact infringing on my god given, unalienable common law rights, aswell as my “life, liberties and pursuit of happiness”.

I want to continue, unfettered, unchained to use the paypal service as I have done since 2007 without giving up, or jeopardizing my god given rights and privacy. This is costing me additional time, effort and money and undue stress making the source of the problem liable.
Thank-you and god bless. Take care.

I tried to withdraw money from paypal to my bank account and was told I was not “verified.” This is the same bank account I have had for almost ten years and they have my account info in their records. They said they would deposit small amounts into my account and i needed to verify those and they never deposited them. Another time I tried to withdraw and I put down the amount and clicked a button and was told it would be in my bank account in 3-4 days. On the third day it was returned to paypal with no explanation. I called and they said my account number was wrong. This is the same account I have had for almost ten years, from which they have taken money when I made purchases with no money in my paypal account. I called yet again and nobody could do anything. One paypal employee practically called me a crook. My conclusion: the people at paypal are stupid as hell.
