PayPal has terrible customer service!

We have spent two days attempting to get an issue with Paypal cleared up!

They entered a wrong payment method for us using an old checking account instead of our debit card. Therefore, not only will our  product not arrive in a timely manner, but the seller will receive old information that will not allow a transaction!

Call paypal and have them delete the old info and process the new?  Seems simple enough right?  HA HA HA!!

Pay Pal has TERRIBLE customer service!!  I have been on the phone off and on for two days without having our questions answered or finding a solution to the problem.  If you think asking for a manager is the solution, wrong again.  They will put you on hold until you hang up after 30 minutes!!!

NEVER ever again will I purchase through paypal!!

    I understand the frustration you are dealing with SC. My advice would be that you contact the bank that you had the checking account with. Explain the situation to them and they will most likely help you. You can file a fraudulent charge complaint with your bank. They will MAKE PayPal provide proof of an authorized purchase.
    Also, have you tried to contact the seller directly explaining the account mix up? They might be willing to change the payment method directly on their end.
    PayPal hangs up on purpose. Once you become a “bother” to them, they will ignore you and reject your e-mails. This is not a “system glitch”. This is a tactic to irritate you and make you give up!
    Please keep us updated on how you are able to resolve this matter.
