Paypal steals like the rest of them

i sold a gold coin on ebay and never got paid
Paypal along with ebay STILL figured the percentage of the sale[$80] and STOLE it out of my bank account..its theft as far as i’m concerned
you know..
STEALING?
“though shall not steal” unless….
you are a federal reserve bankster [why does a fed bankster need to steal when he makes his free money from nothing but thin air on computers[digits] and printing presses [debt notes]

or a Wall [Fraud] Street lobbyist,
or are a company called PayPal and/or Ebay,
