PayPal Sides With Powerseller’s Chargeback
PayPal has no such thing as seller protection, it is a lie. I will never do business with this company, they are crooks.
They have me in the red to the tune of $878. They took the buyers side, the buyer is a power seller on Ebay. My items were sent back damaged and some were not returned at all. I even got a police report sent to PayPal, which apparently did no good as I was found guilty in 15 mins.
As a seller, PayPal did not want to hear what I had to say, only the buyer . See you in court PayPal!

The buyer being a powerseller has NOTHING to do with it. Ebay is not fair to any seller. In this transaction, YOU were the seller and the buyer just so happened to be a powerseller, it has no connection. Selling on ebay is BS for anyone.
