Seller Gives Instant Refund, PayPal Does Not

Complaint:
I paid for an ebay auction with my debit card and was put through Paypal. Paypal took the money from my account in under 5 minutes. Seller reneged on the deal and gave a refund. I looked for the money in the account where Paypal had taken it from and it wasn’t there so I go to Paypal to find out what the issue is.
Well it seems Paypal won’t give my money back until I give them my bank account information and have it verified, so I did under the mistaken assumption that the money would be put back in my account as quickly as they took it out. Nope it takes them 3-4 business days to put it back. It’s not a lot of money but its the principle of the issue and if they do this to enough people they are making millions on the money sitting in their account.
