Paypal said they are not doing business with me anymore

Been with them lousy people for 3 years and out of the blue i am limited on my account after i got a payment for 45.00 from ebates and the csr said i was in violation of their policy and they are not going to do business with me anymore i had 100% + feedback on ebay and paypal. the csr was condescending and so was the supervisor andy who was unprofessional and did not care and would give me no info. i am going to take them to small claims court and sue them for interest and lost revenue
