PayPal is running their business into the ground
paypal came up with new rules , paypay is not fdic regulated , paypal dont have to follow the rules of the banks , paypay sucks , if your smart , apply with merchant services to handle your transactions , you will get your money in 1 day, the fees are less then paypal ,merchant services are ebay appoved ,lets close paypal for there account limitations , holding money, refunding for no reason , lets give them the message , switch to merchant services today

But they DO HAVE TO FOLLOW THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION RULES! Who regulates ALL individuals who handle American currency. (Banks, collections agencies, financial contractors, ie: Western Union, Paypal, etc. They CANNOT take money from buyers and do what they feel like doing with the funds. REPORT THEM!!! Federal Trade Commissioners office is on the same street as the White House in Washington, DC.
I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission @ 1-877-382-4357. They have asked me to urge MORE people to call them and file a case against eBay and Paypal. Yes, they are breaking the law. When you call, after you’ve heard all the options, press “0?, and you will be connected to a live respresentative. Once they have obtained the information from you, they will give you a reference case number. They also, want us to file a complaint through the Internet Crimes Complaint Center @ http://www.ic3.gov. I have done all of the above, please DO THE SAME.
