I went on ebay to sell my jewels so I could buy a ticket to see my grand kids in New Zealand. I sold a ring with valuation to an American.  She filed a dispute with PayPal, and I was told that the case was resolved in my favor.

After being told this, PayPal stopped my account and cleaned out all my money. They told me that the woman who filed the complaint had appealed, but never told me anything about it. Now I am being told that I have to pay £121 to customs to get the ring back. PayPal also took £350 for seller fees, which were already paid. I am disabled and don’t work, and at this point am suicidal from the stress. These people are criminals and should be stopped, I am left destitute and don’t even have money for food
